Out-of-the-box thinking put John Witzing into a box, literally, and he did something extremely challenging to help support mental health. He and three comrades each shut themselves into the utter darkness of a shipping container to see who could run the furthest in 24 hours on a treadmill from sponsor TrueForm. That’s the kind of boundary-pusher that fired up John to found The Whiteboard Project to help people live actively. In this episode, The Spaniard talks to John before and after the unique adversity challenge of Locked + Loaded, 24 Hours of Isolation (LL24H), which was live-streamed on site at the 2018 Spartan World Championships.
