Joe Solecki’s first 10 years in combat sports were a test. From ages 6 to 16 he won 2 or 3 times total. But he felt at home in his sport of jiu jitsu, and look at him now! He’s a black belt and a UFC lightweight. Along the way, Joe made contact with The Spaniard, who was happy to see his success and later appeared on the "Bro’in’ Up" Podcast that Joe hosts with his brother Steve. Now Joe stops by The Spaniard Show, and the guys compare notes on the prizefighting life, including doing lots of driving to train.
