If you're 40ish, have small kids and your fitness game has seen better days, this is for you. Overwhelm and exhaustion are common themes in adulting, but they don't have to be killers of your health and fitness. I'll never be OK with looking at young, fit and athletic Charlie as a thing of the past, rather, I see him as a step in the evolution of older, a bit more white-haired and still-fit-father-of-two Charlie.
