Meet Ben Coate, newlywed grappler/lawyer turned professional MMA writer, as well as a longtime Spanny fan who credits The Spaniard with helping him pursue his true calling. Ben describes his background in wrestling, his law career (now set aside) and the slow build toward his fulfilling gigs with Grappling Insider and One Championship. This is despite his struggles with Impostor Syndrome and negative self-talk. Ben's journey illustrates how, in his words, good work leads to good things.
